Webmaster / Website Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the website https://www.alleldersjusticemn.org/ contents using the existing Squarespace content management tool

  • Create and manage email systems to include outreach and other communications opportunities using, for ex., contact forms with addresses such as info@aeufjmn.org and other as appropriate

  • Design, create, edit, and update website information on program activities and other areas with input from program managers including website environment the website environment

  • Ensure that renewals and fees necessary for continuous website operations are current

Status:

  • Contractor (0.2 FTE)

Reports to:

  • Executive Director, dotted line to Board Chair

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience creating a website, developing and maintaining the site with written content and images

  • Sound IT knowledge

  • Monitor website traffic

Compensation:

  • Negotiable

Administrative Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Board and executive team with meetings planning, execution, and recording

- Create and maintain organizational records keeping systems

- Write, edit, and send communications within and outside of the organization as directed

by executive director

Status:

- Contractor / Statutory Employee (0.3 to 0.4 FTE)

Report to:

Executive Director.

Minimum Qualifications

- Experience in office management in organizations or

- Good communications skills

- Proficiency in written communications, organizing document systems.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, or similar applications

Compensation:

- Negotiable
