Executive Director
Jonathan Rose, PhD, currently serves as the executive director of All Elders United for Justice. He worked with the late Vic Rosenthal, founder of All Elders, to build the organization and create its strategic vision.
Jonathan is also the executive director of West African Collaborative, an organization representing multiple immigrant communities in Minnesota.
A retired engineer from 3M Company, Jonathan has for multiple decades been active in advocating for justice and equity for black communities and for seniors.
His social research efforts include publications in health disparities, commercial tobacco control, autism, and census demographics.
Linda F. Fancher serves on the Care Giving Committee. In addition, she currently facilitates for the 50+ Group, which is an All Elders sponsored community group.
Linda has a diverse professional background, having held positions in human services management and higher education student services. She has also been a consultant with Blue Cross BlueShield, North Point Health and Wellness Center and other organizations primarily working on issues of community development and inclusion.
Julia Wolfe has led the Healthy Aging Initiative of Saint Paul - Ramsey County Public Health since 2016. The Initiative’s goals are to eliminate racial and health disparities to enable residents to age in healthy, culturally relevant ways. The Initiative’s work is based in relationships and partnerships with communities in Ramsey County.
She holds a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas and a Master of Education in Human Development from the University of Maryland.
Her life and career are guided by the Jewish value of tikkun olam (repairing the world).

Dr. Fatima Lawson is an esteemed educator and leader with over thirty years of experience and deep dedication to education. With a strong focus on strategic leadership, effective teaching, program design and innovation, she demonstrates great skills in leading schools and driving change for the betterment of the community that she serves.
Her career is marked by many firsts and initiatives, among them starting a successful language immersion school, taking a failing school out of corrective action, and starting a polytechnic program in an elementary school.
